Care Partner
Responsibilities for the Care Partner are to assist Residents with activities of daily living is needed. Assist as part of the care team to alert the Medication Technician or the Director of Nursing of any changes with Residents. Provide support when needed while maintaining the home-like environment.
Cook
Responsible for preparing food in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and facility established policies and procedures to ensure quality food services is always provided, as required for Assisted Living guidelines. Must possess Serv Safe certification within 30 days of employment. Oversee and direct staff as assigned by the Director.
CMA
Must possess Missouri Level 1 Medication Assistant Certification through TMU. Responsible for passing and/or assisting residents with medication distribution as prescribed by the physician. Alert the Nurse of any refusals or concerns. Assist with Activities of Daily Living as needed or requested from the Resident.
